Maintenance Coordinator - Immediate Start

Are you a skilled Mechanical/Structural Maintenance Coordinator who can support our team during a Major Down at the Plate Mill? This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong industrial and construction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate medium to large maintenance activities
• Write technical specifications, manage tenders, and oversee site execution
• Collaborate on the shutdown schedule using Microsoft Project
• Support work order creation and detailing in SAP
• Ensure safety and efficiency across all maintenance tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Mechanical or structural trade/engineering background
• Experience in industrial/construction environments
• Familiarity with BlueScope’s SSW system (highly desirable)
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to hit the ground running and work collaboratively
